Hartford's Capitol Groove Festival Returns For 2025

After a smash hit first year in 2024, Hartford Connecticut's own Capitol Groove Festival returns for a second year on June 28-29, 2025. Presented by GoodWorks Entertainment, the festival will take place at Bushnell Park in Downtown Hartford. If last year's turnout of over 7,000 fans is anything to go by, this year's lineup featuring headliners Khruangbin, Thundercat, Bleachers, and Cake is sure to be even bigger.

The festival's thoughtful design makes it a joy for music lovers to attend; one stage means no overlapping sets, allowing fans to see every single band on the bill, and a 10 PM end time makes it easy for commuters to hop on a train at the neighboring train station to get home - and the downtown location makes it just as easy for locals to drive in and spend the day in one of Connecticut's most bustling metropolitan areas.

Tickets options include Single Day and 2-Day passes for both VIP and General Admission; VIP - which includes elevated seating, access to the VIP Lounge, as air-conditioned restrooms, premium bar options, dedicated food vendors, and shaded areas - is running low, so be sure to grab yours soon to enjoy the festival to the fullest extent. A truly family-friendly event, General Admission is free for children 12 and under, with VIP available for purchase for the kids to join you in style. Discounts are available for Government and Military employees through GOVX.
