Indie pop/rock trio half•alive provided a mesmerizing night of live music to fans in Boston as their Persona World Tour made a highly anticipated stop at Roadrunner. In celebration of their third studio album Persona, the band truly brought the album's concepts of exploring what it means to be human to life with their signature top-notch production, stunning dance choreography, and unique renditions of their most beloved songs that left concert goers captivated from start to finish.
From the minute the trio walked out on stage, the band immediately dove in to their perfectly curated setlist that included tracks like "Sophie's House,""Summerland," "The Fall," and "Automatic" with vocalist Josh Taylor front and center of touring dancers Casey Murray and Emma Sutherland.

The performance carried on with a lengthy solo dance interlude from Casey and Emma that was enthralling and fascinating to watch. The band then returned for an acoustic session that included a cover of John Denver's "Leaving on a Jet Plane" and a mashup of fan favorite tracks "Beige," "Hot Tea," and "creature." Just in time to round out the last half of the show, the trio ramped up the energy again for "Lie, Lie," an unreleased track "Tears in the Rain," and finished out the night on a high note with their breakout single "still feel." and "RUNAWAY." With additional tour dates in the U.S., Europe, and Australia planned until June 2025, half•alive proved once again how their one-of-a-kind curation of live music and dance makes for an incredible concert experience for old and new fans alike.
